Findings:

A middle age female, came for 3^rd trimester routine obstetric ultrasound. As per previously assigned EDD, the gestational age was around 31 weeks, but on ultrasound the gestational age was found to be around 27 weeks which was found to be below 1 % ile for that gestational age. So, the diagnosis with fetal growth restriction was given. On colour doppler evaluation of heart reversal of flow was seen in aorta.
