Findings:

Normal evaluation of fetal heart at 11-13 weeks antenatal scan on B mode show, Four chamber heart, outflow tracts (RVOT, LVOT), inter-atrioventricular septum, atrio-ventricular valves. Stomach bubble can also be seen which helps to rule out situs abnormalities.

Key Point:

On B mode, the AV and semilunar valves must appear and disappear at specific interval. If they are continuously seen throughout the cardiac cycle, it suggests valvular dysplasia or stenosis.
