A middle age male presented with complaints of pain in right hypochondrium with intermittent episodes of nausea and vomiting.
Findings:
Few echogenic calculi with post-acoustic shadowing were noted in cystic duct. There was resultant intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation. There was dilatation of common bile duct as well.
